Whining Animals

Jared has recently taken to stealing people's seats. If someone is sitting on the couch and gets up for something, he gets gleam in his eye and flies to the still warm seat claiming it as his own. Once he's there, he'll call out "My Seat." This is very amusing and he does it with many giggles.

If he hears someone coming to sit down, his ears perk up and he'll frantically look around for someplace to sit before the person has a chance to sit down. It's become quite a game.

At the doctor's office, everytime someone left their seat, it became his new seat. Of course since the patients are typically not coming back, the game wasn't much fun. However, he did like to take my seat. I found a new one and everytime he got up and ventured away from his seat, I'd stand up like I was going to go back to my old seat and he'd rush over claiming the seat for himself.
